This week in Willow Walk, one of our children’s dad’s (Shane) dropped by to do a basketball clinic. The children enjoyed learning skills such as dribbling a ball, walking and running whilst dribbling, throwing and catching a ball as well as shooting hoops. Shane also set up an obstacle course for the children to engage in. The children also thoroughly enjoyed watching Shane perform some basketball tricks that they could practice after he leaves. We value strong connections with our families at Aurora Early Education.
So far this year we have had families bring in younger siblings to bathe and dress, children’s pets to pat and brush and some Chinese families who came in to share their craft skills making foam dogs for Chinese New Year.
